ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create a lasting experience with every client sharing your engaging, dynamic personality and passion for luxury jewelry and timepiece brands.
· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
· Work within the framework of performance goals, targets and teams to meet and exceed measurable expectations.
· Ability to gain and maintain product knowledge and selling techniques.
· Maintain detailed client records in CRM tool utilizing computer skills such as email, Word and
· Excel.
· Perform basic administrative duties and repetitive tasks such as merchandise audits and general housekeeping and display maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· One to three years of retail experience
· Superior customer service skills
· High internal motivation
· Strong communication skills
· Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
· Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
