Retail Key Holder
Responsibilities:
Key Holder is responsible for assisting Store Manager.
- Demonstrates a strong leadership ability
- Participates in store selling efforts to ensure personal goals.
- Ensure all operational responsibilities are carried out in the absence of the SM
- Assists with training delegation, Customer Services and product knowledge
- Ensure housekeeping standards and safety standards for entire store.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferably in a similar roll
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Reliable and promt
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills
- Computer literate (word, excel, loyus notes)
- Able to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbc.
