The Dallas 25 Rules and Terms

1. Nominations for The Dallas 25 (“The Contest”) will be accepted through September 10, 2007. No late nominations will be accepted.

2. All nominations must be submitted through GalleriaDallas.com or DMagazine.com. Nominations submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.

3. Nominees must be a living resident of North Texas during 2007.

4. You must be 18 years of age or older to make nominations/submissions for The Dallas 25.

5. You may submit as many nominations as you’d like. Submitting a name more than once does not increase that person’s chances of making The Dallas 25 list, however.

6. A selection committee comprised of prominent North Texans will select The Dallas 25 from all nominations received. Decisions of the selection committee are final. The selection committee shall remain anonymous and no demand to reveal committee member names will be honored.

7. Void where prohibited by law.

8. No purchase necessary.

9. Employees of Galleria Dallas; Galleria Mall Investors, LP; General Growth Properties; General Growth Management, Inc.; D Magazine Partners, LP; City Newspapers, LP (People Newspapers); The Land Report; Clear Channel; the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies; affiliates of any listed company; and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to be nominated for The Dallas 25. These persons are eligible to make nominations as part of the program. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

10. Galleria Dallas, D Magazine, Clear Channel Radio and its affiliates, sponsors or partners are not responsible for any technical errors or incomplete submissions for The Dallas 25.

11. The Dallas 25 final list will be published in the November 2007 issue of D Magazine and also displayed via an exhibit at Galleria Dallas, having an address at 13350 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75240.

12. By providing a 50 word description of a nominee, you agree that all or part of that description may be used in D Magazine, the exhibit at Galleria Dallas, websites or other media. By clicking “submit,” you authorize and give full consent to Galleria Dallas; D Magazine; Clear Channel; and their affiliates to publish and copyright any part of your submission without fees, royalties or other compensation to you.

13. Galleria Dallas; Galleria Mall Investors, LP; General Growth Properties; General Growth Management, Inc.; D Magazine Partners, LP; City Newspapers, LP (People Newspapers); The Land Report; Clear Channel; and the Contest's participating sponsors, their respective owners, agents and employees shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participants (whether making a nomination or a “nominee”) in The Contest. Participants hereby fully and forever release, discharge and hold harmless Galleria Dallas; Galleria Mall Investors, LP; General Growth Properties; General Growth Management, Inc.; D Magazine Partners, LP; City Newspapers, LP (People Newspapers); The Land Report; Clear Channel; The Contest's participating sponsors; and all associated facilities and their respective owners, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present or future, resulting from or arising out of any person’s participation in The Contest.

14. Galleria Dallas, D Magazine, Clear Channel Radio and its affiliates, sponsors or partners reserve the right to modify or amend The Contest rules at any time.
